We have 7 days Return policy. We want our customers to be 100% satisfied with their purchase. If product shipped to you has any kind of defect or you are not satisfied with the product you can contact us for return. Returns are accepted if the delivered item is flawed, damaged, or entirely unrecognizable from the website’s description.
- It is urged of customers to record a good unboxing video of their package, as it may be necessary during the return procedure.
- It is also recommended of customers to focus on the package when accepting delivery. Should the package appear to have been tampered with, the recipient may refuse the delivery.
